NHIndustries NH90 is a medium-sized, twin-engine, multi-role military helicopter. NH90 was developed and is manufactured by NHIndustries, a collaborative company, which is owned by Airbus Helicopters, AgustaWestland and Fokker Aerostructures. NH90 has been sized and conceived to be able to operate from any type of prepared or unprepared surfaces and to satisfy already in its basic design the entire specific feature requested by tactical transport requirements.

I know Apache , Chinook , Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk and Russian ''Mil Mi Hind 24'' but never heard of this one just before stumbling upon this as it is being recommended ! I am also familiar with Augusta Westland Helicopter (commercial and passenger one) !

RNZAF NH90 shown, we bought nine, we needed 12. Real nice capabilities, Just not enough of them for disaster relief operations and training exersizes, local deployment. Cheap ass govt.

@@bombastisch25 Brits fall back long time before French armistice in first battle of France. That wasn't a betrayed, the battle was lost. French troops continue to fought even after amistice (without any supply or reinforcement in mind). Free french force continue the fight on all front after armistice. entire French regiment were present in all operation. So what are you talking about my old so called friend and Ally ? Tell me more.

More like boots pushing dents in the weak floor panels while the chopper is held back by ramp weight limits and no ablity to land on uneven surfaces.

Problems RNZAF NH90 to date, haven't faced at all. The german issue for floor plating was dealt with years ago.

@@snapdragon9300 There is no denying the program has had huge ammout of issues. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/NHIndustries_NH90 has a small summary of problems the program has faced. While some things have been fixed there is no denying the program has not gone smooth.

@@eliaspuolakka290 the development of any 'new tech' never "gone smoth". Blackhawk, F-14,15,18,Saturn1,5, Russian Space program, brand new car's recalled etc..etc...etc. Everything has teething problems, from the space race to the backyard project.
