I’m glad my father died this year so he didn’t have to see things like this and what’s happening to America. He was a judge and very intelligent, but when I tried to tell him a couple of years ago where things were headed-what agendas were out there-he was in denial that we’d even be at this point. It seems naive, but in his old age maybe he just wanted to remember America as he knew it and how his immigrant father knew it.
