I just watched a video of "organized criminal theft" - it was disgusting. They loaded up tons of stolen goods (TV's, toilet paper, everything) in several SUVs. Unloaded then back to another store to load up several SUV's again & again. Said they must be making millions selling online. (SF & LA is great for thieving) I hope they close every store so those thieves have no more stores to get stuff THEY need (for free, of course).

To make any theft out of a store a FEDERAL CRIME just price EVERY single item $999.00 each plus the regular price of the item. So when they leave the store without paying for it. It's a FEDERAL CRIME. But when YOU go to the cashier to pay for it YOU get a $999 discount on EACH item because you are a member. So it's just at regular price again.

Most cvs customers are not aware of what's going on, and the ones that do know aren't purchasing a lot of stock. The ones buying stock don't care about the theft, because they know the company isn't going to take any losses. They'll make up for it by jacking up their prices. Sure it's bad news for the shoppers who will be paying more, but where else are they going to go? That ensured customer reliability will keep those stock prices stable, and a decreasing economy will make those stock prices rise and more and more, as people have no better options.

Cvs where I live is so incompetent. Their pharmacy made me wait in line while my sick wife in the car outside waited for me to return with her prescription. You see, as I was in line, the pharmacy kept calling other people up. When I complained, they just blew me off. So when there was a break in the action, I strutted up to the counter and demanded my wife's medicine, which had been called in 2 hours earlier, so they instantly produced the medication. When we got home, I sat at my desk and wrote a letter to this CEO, and the pharmacist at our location called me and asked me if I understood the CVS policy on giving out prescriptions in order of receipt. She was foreign with like a "french" accent, and very hard to understand. So I vowed right then and there never to shop for ANYTHING at CVS again.

What he's arguing has been in the news a lot lately. Organized Retail Theft is huge right now, and it's a form of shoplifting on steroids. Shoplifting is now thought of as something committed by individuals. Organized Retail Theft involves a large number of shoplifts occurring all at the same time by a large number of animals. Stores are not equipped to handle such things. To further complicate things, insurance companies are telling their clients not to try to arrest "boosters' because of the possibility of civil suits and/or injuries. They'll simply refuse to provide coverage for injured employees or arrestees.

No,it isnt. Organized retail crime isnt what you think, clearly. 950 bucks is not shot to an ORC group. ORC groups rent vehicles and travel i90 and i80 and scam dozens of stores for thousands of dollars each. 950 bucks is a jackass that loaded up a cart of electronics and ran out a fire exit. ORC is an organized group that steals thousands upon thousands of dollars from multiple stores across a region then disappears

@@JM-wf2to So...walking out of the store with 950 bucks worth of stuff you didnt pay for isnt stealing? And the state making it so thats no longer a crime isnt a form of organizing, even though they knew damn well that people would take advantage of it? Only a moron would think that this _wasnt_ intentionally set up by the state to make looting legal. Because thats what this is. Looting. Which USED to be illegal, but, ya know, because the looting is being done nearly entirely by people of a certain race, and because punishing people of said race for committing crimes is "racist", the Democrats just straight up made it legal for them to loot to their hearts content. That way, because its "racist" to point out whos doing the looting, it can be swept under the rug as a "minor issue" while they make the main issue "Covid". Even though Covid has nothing to do with it. Or anything, for that matter. We've had much worse things go around the world in recent history, yet we never had to make the world stop spinning because of them. Back to the organized crime though, the state are the leaders of this organized crime. They are doing it to crush the economy so they can "save" it with laws that will ultimately give them direct power over said economy...seizing the means of production, as it were.

Theft is theft. That's quite simple, it's the same no matter organized, by employees or by non-employees... it yeilds the same result to the victim and to society as a whole. I can't imagine anyone disagreeing in the fact that the circumstances surrounding the theft changes the degree if the loss and damages incurred. iow, if someone steals $949.99 from your business - it does not matter if the perpetrator is an employee, part of an organized gang, some deranged kleptomaniac or even some despondent person - the costs are the same $949.99 and any circumstance does not really excuse such action.
