I don't understand why these judicial nominees don't spend a few hours watching other nominees or reading the transcript of other nominees being questioned by Kennedy because for years he's been asking from a pool of the same 35-40 questions. I've posted about this nominee a couple of times. I am a staunch republican, but Mr. Ho seemed to show great humility at some points and honesty at others. There are some men on this planet who are political, but their faith keeps them honest. He literally looked at Jon and said, "I do feel like I pushed the envelope"... Jon Kennedy is usually very harsh on people, there is a reason he eased up on Ho, there is a reason he just didn't say to much...
