In todays video we are here to wrap up the week that was for rangers as we discuss hagi and his future after a struggling and failing to impress in spain he has a few weeks to show his worth for his country..does he have a future? we breakdown the details regarding the new TV deal as everyone is excited and saying its huge..is it? we react to the plastic pitches finally being banned from the top flight of scotland and discuss the nonsess of the week as the SFA have asked for their wages..doubled! this is our reaction to the week that was involving rangers..whats yours?

Why is the SFA such a joke? What the clubs SHOULD say is that the Board can get pay increases based on the additional money they bring in from tv deals and promotion of the game. "Want 2x your current salary?? bring all clubs 2x+ in revenue from tv deals and league promotion"

I've thought for years every person at the top of SFA SPFL need sacked and younger new blood in to modernise and demand more from sponsors etc for the Scottish game, double their wages, I'd half em.

I would sack them, but if I had my way they would be on performance related pay and incentives, based on growing the league revenue and TV rights. The problem is now they don't have any real standards or targets to maintain. Basically, their pay would grow or shrink depending on how effective they are and I think all executives in every business should face the same.

We have to bring in as much money as possible for Phil, CJ. Time to move most of these players on who barely get on the pitch and are on big wages. Hagi for me should be sold, never really suited our league, injury prone, and his mentality is questionable. All the best to the boy if he goes🇬🇧

Gutted about our boy Hagi, always thought he would eventually shine in a Rangers shirt but unfortunately that doesn't look likely now. They SFA bams wanting more makes me raging tbh, wanting more while our game is an absolute riot, disgusting imo. Hopefully they lose the vote. Love the content as always CJ

Plastic pitches - SHould never have been allowed. I get the "other uses" for money etc, BUT how much did it cost teams through injured players etc. PLUS they give the home team as they know where the "weird" bounces etc... Good riddance to them. TV - Put money in the club and buy the RangersTV system... Then you just need a VPN if you want to watch live at certain times. Hagi - Get the argument, but we don't know if there were reasons for what happened with him in Spain. I would give him a go for 6 months and then see what to do with him. The SFA - Feck me not just incompetent but brass necks too. They are wage thieves as it is - I would get rid of the whole lot of them and bring in people who actually know what they are doing..If they worked in a proper industry they would have been sacked a long time ago. We aren't. Its the players who aren't good enough, relating to Cantwell and Hagi. Sometimes its not even their abilty, but there attitude. Lowry I am not counting yet, though it hasn't happened for him yet. The youngster gets a pass though. Cantwell looks a world beater when the business end is done with each season. He has a few games and convinces many that he is a baller, but he does it when the pressure is off. He has never done it against Celtic and rarely does it enough elsewhere. Hagi was rubbish in Spain for all he loves La Liga and was saying he saw his future there he said next season. Yet low and behold no one in La Liga wants him. He also said he wants his agent to say he wants his agent to find him the right club and the right manager, whilst our player. Stinking attitude. We need better. I would take Niko Jankovic or Lorran Lucas ideally and forget about them.

When Beale loaned hagi out saying he couldn’t guarantee him play him every week it was final nail in coffin for me , he lasted longer than I thought , hagi is the one touch of class brings something different to us he’s going to be a super star “ ibrox baby “ gutted he’s going , after what Beale done to him can’t blame him , we even gave him a new contract whilst injured to keep him then Beale papped him out on loan and we got left with Scott wright and silva 😳🔫

Your Spot ON with the fact the SFA have the Gull to ask for more money. Have a Bonus incentive clause, base pay + bonus in their Contracts. Increase sales and deals, then you can have more. The biggest problem with increasing revenues, only means everything in price will go up. Less fans will be able to afford to go.

Pre-injury Hagi wasn't performing - he was very poor yet still starting most games. It just wasn't working out for him. Sounds like his commitment is not with his parent club now - so let's hope he has a good agent and we get a couple of million back for him. Maybe some other club will buy into the Hagi name.

To hell with him. I will paraphrase what I read online. He has told his agents to find him the right club and the right manager, while at the Euros. That doesn't show he wants to be here and actually is in my opinion disrespectful of our club and his pay master and contract. Thats a stinking attitude. We are well rid of the likes of him. We need fully committed types only for next season. I hope he has a good Euros and we squeeze every last penny from the deal, add a sell on clause and make him sweat until the last minute for the way he has gone about things. All he needed to do to maintain respect was say I am fully committed to Rangers publicly and then wait and see if deals came in and make a choice. He opened things up into the public domain and took a back handed dig at the club. F him.

Reading that Souttar has not made the cut for Scotland Euro squad and will be heading home. Can’t say I’m surprised. Don’t think we can afford to risk taking him to Germany if he isn’t fully fit. My question is however, when was the last time we had a Scotland squad with no Gers players even in the squad? I find that quite shocking tbh. But then I look at the current Gers squad and if I’m not mistaken, the only Scots we have at the club now are Souttar and Wright! How the hell we submit our Champs League squad with only 2 Scottish players is a worry. Unless we’re are gonna promote half the U21’s for Champs League?! Shambles

I want more Scottish players but I want rid of Souttar who is inury prone and just not good enough to be a starting CB for Rangers. He had a wee run when the pressure was off in the games at the tail end of last season, and like Cantwell thats when he was able to play. He doesn't have it to rise to the pressure of winning at the buisness end of the league and like Goldson and Tav, he has too many mistakes at key times in him. Mclean is not good enough. Lennon Miller, Kai Fotheringham, David Watson, Josh Doig, even Danny Armstrong, Shankland are the level we should look to and should be going for along with some foreign guys with talent.

Change to summer football is the The only way the Scottish game progresses the benefits (1) Better conditions for players and fans (2) Better television deals as there would be no other competition playing (3) Teams up to match fitness whilst playing early European football (4) Better loan deals as premiership teams would like promising players up to speed for the start of their season. To watch in Canada… RTV and DAZN (for European matches). To increase revenues the SPL/SFA should market internationally. While they might not get buyers (like DAZN) for all Premiership games… why not sell Old Firm matches? Or derby matches (ie incl. Hearts/Hibs? Cup semi finals on). We need to get on par with, at least, the English Championship. I believe we can be competitive, but we have to think as a league… and, let’s be honest, the league’s greatest asset is Rangers/Celtic.

With the state of Scottish football right now it's actually baffling how they can justify even the thought of paying themselves at all never mind doubling their salary Tv deals being poor Clubs for the longest time being allowed to have below par facilities harming the viewing quality of the game Referring being incredibly poor with the failed implementation of var as it was meant to decrease the amount of errors refs make The lack of transparency with the sfa between themselves and clubs And the overall lack of progression that the league has had over years and years Aye let's double their salary 👍
