Music can make you feel good in the moment and trigger the release of; (1) your "happy hormone" Dopamine, (2) your "feel good hormone" Seratonin and if you start moving and dancing to the music it can also release (3) your Endorphins. Music might not be able to "fix" chronic depression but it sure can lighten the load....A LOT!! *since you posted this 2yrs ago you probably won't see this...but, I'll leave this here anyway, so other's don't get mislead by your extremely rude, callous and ignorant comment that you left for the original poster @heavysleeper
