Chris I am so glad to see you back, you were the first KZfaqr I watched back in 2012 when I went natural. I will never forget the video you did using a half slip for a bonnet. I still have mine but I also have a Satin Bonnet. I pray that you stay on KZfaq and that it helps give you strength to push through. I have a family history of auto-immune diseases. My mother has R.A., and my sister has Lupus. I have Hashimoto's thyroid disease and Crohn's. My metabolism is off. When my inflammation markers are high, I lose hair in a section of my crown. I also have lots of shedding. Two years ago, I started taking Humira. A lot of people experience more shedding with biologics, but I have been natural for 2 years now. My Crohn's is under control, and I haven't experienced shedding since I started taking the Humira. My skin and scalp issues cleared up as well. In recent years, biologics like Humira (injections) and Remicade (infusions) have been researched on their effectivness on Lyme Arthritis. Many patients get relief, but it's important for doctors to make sure that there is no active infection when they prescribe the biologic. I'm glad your hair is coming back! Still praying for you!

I started having shedding problems about 6 months ago too. I found a channel called Green Beauty. Yes, another hair channel (lol). I tried some of her natural products, her natural hair hot oil treatment is doing wonders for my hair, it's amazing. I am actually growing hair in my nap area again and I have not been able to do that since I had my second child. You look beautiful as usual and your hair is looking great. Praying that your hair journey and any health issues are resolved Kris. It will happen. God Bless
