Yesssss I finally found a product that doesn't leave my curly hair hard and crunchy

I had fibroids. They were huge! They weighted almost 17 pounds. I was in so much pain! I got a partial hysterectomy. No more pain! Also, I have hypothyroidism, because i don't have a thyroid anymore (had grave's disease frist, and got radioactive iodine treatment). I had so much hair loss from the condition, and also from the medication! My hair has thinned out alot. You can't tell now, but if i straighted it, you could. I just take care of what i got left and kept moving! 😂😂😂😂

Tip: Dont do this before, during your period, skin is most sensitive then. Also, shave area first then wait a day. Then do it every other day. So youre doing a little bit of hair at a time as it grows.

At 54, I had a full hysterectomy and it was the best decision ever. I feel amazing and don't miss having a cycle. Not to mention, I was going through premenopause at the same time. An older Natural here, salt and pepper, dry, thinning hair in the back. Been thinking about cutting my hair to simplify hair care. Its getting hot, sometime have hot flashes, and I sweat out my hair my silk press. Sometimes a cut is needed as a restarting point till you can figure out what to do. Definitely understand about wash and go, I am not very good at twist outs and braids. I own a wig, but it get hot and I end taking it off. Whew!

I am new to your channel, so I have only seen a few videos. Your shorter hair TWA looks cute! It's fine that it is longer on top, it looks great! Who said it had to all be the same length, or whatever? That's a made-up rule :). You're so exacting and hard on yourself in this video - my sister, please ease up! It sounds like you are on the path toward healing your body which is the main point, right? Glad you went with what is easy to maintain now, and there is less manipulation overall. That is all good. If it helps, I found a Black scientist on KZfaq, Curly Chemistry, who is a cosmetic chemist specializing in natural hair. Most of my regimen (i.e. also after an illness) is based on her lessons, and my hair has never been better. My hair is already that thin naturally. Maybe it's because I've always had low density hair so I was forced to learn how to style my hair. I can't do certain styles like mini twists unless I wear it up but my wash n goes and twist outs look really good.

Ooooo. You’re like me. Obsessive about your hair looking the way you want it to…needing it to be a specific way. I get it. It still hurts to see someone else go through it though. I’ll say this, I have high density hair but ultra fine stands. My hair *is* thick. However, in the light it can look see through. That’s just the nature of fine, coily hair. Also, you look incredible. I haven’t service you in years but I’ve been following for well over 5 years. You haven’t aged a bit! Your hair looks great too. I wish you could see what we see. ❤❤❤
