I know I'm 6months late. But me and my hubby love watching your videos and recreating your dishes. He is Puerto Rican and Haitian I'm white. I would suggest trying the Organic Chicken Bouillon Base for a healthier option to the maggie (not good for us). It taste so much richer. But love this otherwise!

You're very welcome @Ms. Juan Austin. I looked up Epis; it's a wet seasoning base kept in the frig, and used in lots of recipes. There are a few to choose from on Google just search " Haitian Epis". 🙂

It’s a spice made with green onion garlic and peppers and you can add other herbs and dry seasonings to your liking.

Those pots are actually not helping it’s made of aluminum which gets into the food. You can do some research and see thanks for sharing.
