Salt to taste
2 limes(1 for cleaning the chicken)

I'm so proud of how much kreyol I actually know. The visuals helped, but I must admit my family failed to maintain the language. I was able to follow this easily. Epi dazzit!

I love watching this video, even without knowing any Haitian Creole or French, but I do feel like it was still helpful for me since this is a recipe where everyone makes it differently at their home. How long do you cook the chicken after browning it? And is the fire on medium or low?
