Great Chandranna. I liked everything you have done, except two. One, adding lasoon. Two, you have not removed the skin of the ginger. Lasoon does not ho with Pongal. However, it is your recipe. Very great. Very nutritious. God bless you. I dm your fan from Bombay.

Sir very nice recipe. He is very cleverly used coconut pieces instead of cashews nuts. Always v cook separately rice & dhal in bronze vessels & tempering plays very important role. Lot of tender curry leafs high light in any type of Pongal. Thanks for his method.🎉❤
