Your original unscripted rant for Halloween ends is certified gold I just found this, this rant is Certified platinum I actually had to grab a seasonal pumpkin beer and listen to you vent and had a fantastic time I also rewatched Halloween ends just cause I watched them all and I decided to give it a try……. I stopped at the 45 minute mark and couldn’t make it lol Pls keep up the good work I wouldn’t mind someone trying again to make a proper ending after kills……. But who knows what we will get in possibly 5 years for the 50th anniversary

I find it funny that Saw X does the character study a million times better than Halloween Ends.

There was no consistency to the motivations and personalities of the important characters. Laurie goes from fun grandma back to "Evil dies tonight!" like she should have been since the beginning since Myers wasn't dead. Her paper she was typing up was just as uninspired. Corey and his new girl (because why not; you don't have to work for it anything) turn from awkward young lovers to a romanticized killer couple. Him taking his own life made no sense; few movie suicides do. And then Myers goes from this big threat to might as well be 80 years old man, amidst Laurie being seemingly more fit than ever, and then at the last moment he's back to being strong purely for unearned hype. This movie had almost no Myers, and no faithful adaptations of other characters, and when Myers is shown he's generally weak after being unstoppable in Kills. The script should have been scrapped. Unacceptable.

I never watched Ends again. It was one and done for me. But I did see H2018 and Kills a good amount of times

Halloween Ends is the worst Halloween film and and an incredibly poor remake of Christine. Everything is so bad in this film I’m convinced director David Gordon Green and his 4 writers wanted to make a different film instead of a true Halloween finale. The addition of a new character Corey was truly awful and the way Micheal Myers and Laurie were treated was insulting. Halloween Ends is truly one of the most boring, frustrating and insulting installments in a franchise series ever.

I don't like the Rob Zombie films but I will happily watch his Halloween movies a million times over as opposed to watching Ends Even Halloween Resurrection is better because at least Halloween Resurrection is so bad it's good. I thought they understood Myers then they pulled this. Apologies for all my comments I just have such hatred for this "movie"
