@@bushcraftcostarica808 I bet. Exotic paradise! I heard from Kevin that my Woodsman should be in transit. Hopefully soon I will be putting it to use. My gal is transferring jobs and relocating here in California so I might be busy moving here. After that I'm attacking my yard and some trails. lol

Incredible region! Thanks for sharing. Can you comment on how water proof those are? I plan to use these in VT here in the states and am thinking the leather ones may be able to repel water better, but that anti-cut fabric is intriguing...thanks again.

It's really beautiful, I love the jungle in the mountains! The Switchback's that I have are not very waterproof at all, which works great down here with the high humidity and mold. The leather ones should be more waterproof but I would send a question to SoftStar just to be sure.

Nice review bud. Some good advice on barefoot conditioning. This is exactly how I pickup my plantarfasciitis. My feet weren’t strong enough or conditioned to take the pressure that barefoot shoes place on your feet as I had alway had been wearing boots in the military

Thanks bud, I love being barefoot and want other people to enjoy it to but like you said, if the conditioning isn't right you can get injured. From what I've heard PF is no joke!

barefoot shoes have been the only thing that's saved my feet from PF. I also was in the military and a civ contractor and wore steel toes for around 8 years
