Ingredients:
1.2kg pork belly
1/4 cup rock salt
1/2 Tbsp curing salt
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Boiling Ingredients:
500ml Pineapple juice
1 can San Miguel apple flavored beer
3 pcs Star anise
1 Cinnamon bark
1/2 cup Brown sugar
Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup Broth
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch + 1 Tbsp water (sauce thickener)

I was craving for Filipino ham just when I was in the Philippines. Sweet and juicy unlike the American ham which is salty. I will try to cook it like this.
