The runner in 2nd place even after finishing a sub 207, not even Mo Farah is capable of that, was smiling to the crowd as if such a time is unremarkable. Amazing. The Americans at Tokyo 2021 will be lucky to even make it in the top 20 even with the newest of shoe technology.

@@TipToh17 i know you asked like 3 months ago, but the answer is not that hard. Just wake up every day and go out to run as long as you can. Every day. The next week increase the first time by a couple of minutes and that's it. Repeat the processm

Full race but the video is 1:27 long I think we broke the marathon world record guys

888GRM its 2:04 speed per km then. incredible. Around the 800m world record

Watching this shows that I jog. This is running! I love seeing how some people can run at a high pace for hours without panting.
