If you can't have a motor running, or plug in a wet vac then a hand pump is the perfect tool to start a siphon or clear out a toilet bowl, toilet cistern or anything else you want to empty. This costs about £7 and is wicked. This beast hand pump clips to my tool bag. It's a tool I love for the plumbing trade! It's a plumbing tools review! Blimey they've been around for donkeys years, I used to use one of those back in the seventies for nicking petrol when I was a poor BA apprentice 😢😀

Repaired 3 toilets recently. Had to use a cloth to empty the toilet bowl. That would be a great solution for me

I’ve been using one of these for years, it’s cheap and nasty but it’s still going strong. Think I paid about £1.50 on ebay, took about 6 months to arrive from China like. 😂😂

They make an excellent bidet when inserted in a canister of warm water. Comes in handy during the toilet paper shortage.

The engine on my Ford Focus died, I used one of these (that I found in my dad's garage) to syphon off the full tank of petrol. Was pretty rubbish so I put a screwdriver through the bottom of the tank instead!

I start by saying I love yer vids but I reckon that pump thing is crappy what’s up with a bit of hose and a bucket just siphon it out . I’m retired but was plumbing for over 50 years never would have a need for that thing . Don’t be offended it will suit some but not me.
