Pesca the fruit and pesca for fishing are actually pronounced differently in Italian. The first one is with an open E, while the second is with a closed E. In sone northern accents they pronounce them the same way, but it’s not correct.

Actually in georgia🇬🇪 we do have different names for a hamburger and a cheeseburger hamburger is called ჰამბურგერი(hamburgeri) and cheeseburger is called ჩიზბურგერი(chizburgeri) i think she just didn’t remember but yh
