It don't that long to master, I competed in the Ammys and I can wrap my own hands in like 3 mins, but this technique I've never seen, and is super smart.

I could still do it within 3 today and haven't wrapped my hands in years. Again, I was an Ammy, so they may not be the same pattern, but close and I always tried to make it as symmetrical as possible.
