Wow! He was a guest for a summer camp I did when I was in junior high. I'm talking mid 90's. It was at Cal State Hayward. He did a 360 degree dunk for us, all the kids went crazy. Good to see he is still doing his thing!

Great drill. So much to work with off of just 4 moves. Off of a cross, you can shift your weight a go downhill immediately. Simple and so effective.

Inbetween behind with a little side step back works most of time for me. Also behind the back threw the opposite leg in one motion then behind the back or spin off it as well.
