I bought a hilti TE24 second hand from a hire shop fifteen years ago for £25 . My workmate said that the bearing sounds rough and there's no difference between first and second gear . It's had a hard life it owes me nothing so I took it apart just to have a look . Absolutely nothing wrong with it nothing . I think there is something missing it does have only one gear although debatable . All the oil had gone so I put some in don't know how much should be in there but it works quite nicely . Don't know how old it is though

when you said pins did you mean key ? Good videos mate ! The armature on this is good price but dewalts are like 150e plus
