Omg Huma mentioned such an important point!! 'Narcissistic' is word which is thrown around sooo much. I mean bas logon ne seekh liya hai aur har jagah kisi mein kuch bhi dekha toh bolne lag jaate hain. Aise kitne alfaaz hai gaslighting, narcissistic aur na jaana kitne. So many people think that just because they read something on the internet they know everything.

I am speechless. Zara is a guest to which I can listen daily. this is her third podcast and her single podcast adds so much value to my life that i can bet 4 to 5 consecutive sessions of therapy maybe can`t. and all that for free. listening to such a good therapist about such important topics on youtube. A sure blessing. thankyou happy chirp. in every single podcast of her I feel so discomfort because I am discovering my own traumas and things about myself which I don`t know. and I know these things comes with discomfort. I even cried many times because many things triggered and I am amazed like she is the real professional who can talk about such things in true manner not our so called influencers. please call her more often. may be a permanent guest hahaha. i am grateful. Thankyou Humna and Zara. Much power to you both :)
