I'm done with this slinky type of air hoses. They have their place in this world but not in my garage anymore... time to upgrade. I purchased a Central Pneumatic reel from Harbor Freight which after using it a few times compared with the slinky hose, it feel great, so much easy, less cumbersome and cleaner.
