Enjoyable ! Next time break the bead on one side of the tire, then turn the tire over and break the bead on the other side ... both sides of your tire will be in the deep part of the rim, giving you more room to work with while you run one side off the rim. I've tried Green Slime with innertubes on bicycles, they work well there, but with innertubes on riding lawn mower I've not had much luck; I am renouncing innertubes on lawn mower tires from now on, have resort to using black rubber tire sealer, seems to work better with beads and nozzles on lawn mower tires. Thanks for the video !

Next time, use both hands to pull down both levers when debeading the tire. That's why there was a grip on it. Also, like your tip of using the debeader to get the stubborn tire over the rim edge.

You have more patience than I sir😎we have airless no flat front tires on all our mowers but, we get our fair share of flats on rear tires and especially our trailers🤦‍♂️ good video 👍

My old zero turn front tires never stayed up and I used the slime. Never a problem

'U' tha Man! I tried using the tool to put the tire on over and over, the rim is just too small. Using the bead breaking tool did the trick the 1st time. Thanks

I don't like to rely on anyone other than myself to fix things. It is on my schedule and I know it is done and don't have to go back.

Looks fairly easy. Nice little handy tire changer. I have tried the green slime in a kids bike tire, seemed to work ok. I run no flats on my standers. Might be worth the money if you are replacing so often do to thorn bushes.

Put a pair of vice grips on the rim when putting the tire back on.

Hey hey Uncle Vic here Just an idea, maybe secure the main pedestal firmly to the bench. Stop the wobbly wobbly. And this tool should preform much better. And yes ! You should have let all the air out first. 16:22 maybe. . . just maybe . . You might let the air out first.😉😜😀 Hey Mark,have you ever considered using expanding foam in your front tires ?

These days now more people are just doing things themselves. Nice little tire changer. Having grease all around is better than having no grease and damaging parts. I always wondered about that Green Slime. Have you thought about getting airless tires? Great Video Mark!

I have had the airless tires before and didn't like the rough ride with them. I like running my tires on the soft side to give me a little smoother of a ride.

The company I worked for we tried the airless tires on the front deck on a few of our Walker mowers. It was a little too rough and caused the front deck to bounce up and down more. So we stayed away from them. But you never had to worry about them going flat.

mfcjr1 I had some of those no flat tires before. They will shake your ancestors loose on a rough yards. I hated them and got rid of them.

Can you not put a liner between the tyre and tube to help stop projectiond getting the tube.....for cycles kevlar liner. Some people use an old cut down tyre.

Well I got the soap around it and it sure does smell good now but I just don't have enough A$$ to do all that stuff. This tire is hard as a rock.

I slime all my mower tires. I got tired of slow leaks and flats. I always use more than what’s recommended, but that’s me. If a little is good a lot is great!! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ I wouldn’t use it on car or truck tires.

We had a company to site work at the schools, they used straw wrapped in wire....never picked up the scrap wire , had flats for years on our Scags . I had our tire company load the tires with a compound that is used in fork lift tires . problem solved. The fronts are available in flat proof from the dealers

I hear ya. Im over pluggin and fillin tires. The slime didnt work for me so im thinking about about running the solid rubber no air tires. It'll be about 150.00 for a pair but i think it'll be woth it.

Be carful with some of those tires they are pretty hard and ride really rough.

Ah, your rim is banged up around the area that is suppose to seal. They make a tar type of rim sealant.

I have been using slime on all my mowers. No more down time due to flat tires. I am actually curios to see the condition of the rims when I finally do need to change a bald tire.

I don't know if it would really hurt the rims much, but I do believe it will be a mess to clean up.

I like the softer ride of the pneumatic tires better. We have a lot of rough riding lawns in our area and it helps to smooth out the bumps when you are running to stay ahead.
