Fm-Parts Flywheel Weight Sherco 235 Gramms
This flywheel weight will fit on the Sherco Enduro models 250/300 2017-2022. The flywheel weight changes the power delivery making the bike smoother and more controllable off the bottom. It will help the bike grip better and help prevent stalling.
Flywheel puller details:
26 x 1.5mm R/H thread female

Hey mate, cheers for the vid. I installed the weight this weekend and this was a great help. One thing that you may need to check is the torque setting of 80nm. I have a 2022 se 300 and my manual states 60nm

Hey Toby! You are most welcome mate I’m glad the video helped. I have a 2022 250/300 2T Sherco Workshop Manual and it states the “Ignition Flywheel Nut” at 80NM. What manual are you referring to?

My 2021 300 SE manual says 60nm .. but the 2022 model manual definitely says 80nm 👍 So how are you finding the difference with the weight fitted?.. is it smoother?

Perfect video bud..! Straight and to the point. U need more bottom end grunt..!!😂🤣 how did it turn out did it take anything away from the top end.

Cheers Jeff 🤘 The aim is to smoothen out bottom end power rather than add grunt, already got plenty of that! Haven’t been for a proper test ride yet, but expecting it will have some impact on the top end, or at least how snappy/revvy it feels getting to the top end if that makes sense. Will report back once I’ve done some testing

Potentially? Don’t think it’s an issue though. I know of several guys running extra flywheel weight with no dramas. Time will tell!

Not sure it’s needed on the Sherco? Curious what your initial thoughts were on the first ride? Who makes the weight?

Popular modification for hard enduro on the Sherco’s. At least amongst the top riders here in aus. All personal preference at the end of the day, haven’t done any testing yet just a short ride in the back yard, noticeably harder to stall. Will report back after more riding. FM-parts make the weight

Hey Jesse, it’s a polisport cover, just need to trim a little bit away to work with the EE case saver 🤙

Would this be worth doing to ktm 300? My 2015 always stalls.

Hey mate, I’m not too sure to be honest, don’t know too much about that year/model of KTM. How confident your jetting is on the money? Getting it set up right can have a big impact on engine characteristics and how easy it stalls etc

Oh I'm sure my jetting as well as a bunch of other stuff Is wrong. Maybe I should focus on that before I bolt more mods on
