+1 to what @SimonKubicaPM says (and hi Simon!) Tanguy is a great PM, very well respected in Atlassian (I work there). He shares his learnings round regularly to help level up the PM Craft here, and is always willing to support + answer questions

This is fantastic - I've been down this road a few times at a larger tech company, and I wish I'd had these insights 10 years ago.

@@tanguycrusson_pm This is the first episode I've re-watched in its entirety less than a week after watching it the first time. There are so many stories and examples to digest, dissect, and to see how I can apply them in my context. Thanks so much for taking the time to share!

Thanks for the podcast. Thinking how to apply these learnings for incubating products and pursuing bets for in-house Enterprise Digital Transformation.

Great episode. How to work through, work around, work up in the big company like Atlassian which is in a special league long with couple of others (Workday?). Unfortunately most of big tech or companies with big IT are more like Atlassian than those banner SV firms
