If you sell firewood you need either a bagging station or a bundler to maximize profits! We will discuss why we chose this versatile bagger from ‪@WolfeRidgeSplitters‬ over a bundling machine for our operation. We will also show how much more money you can make by adding one of these to your operation, it will quickly pay for itself and increase the enjoyment of bagging firewood! Rachel splits up some premium ready to burn ash on the Eastonmade Axis splitter and then we bag it up while discussing the pros and cons of bags vs bundles. The Trax power dolly easily moves our N&N dump trailer into position to make the splitting easier without having to hook up and unhook the truck or tractor. Follow along as we show how fast and easy we can produce value added firewood! See why I think this is the best bagging unit available on the market!
You can find the Wolfe Ridge bagger here: www.wolferidgemfg.com/product...
It comes standard with the 1 Cubic Foot barrel but can be customized with a .75 cu/ft and a 1.25 cu/ft barrel as well to increase the versatility. Plus as of today if you buy a bagger Chris is including 100 bags to get you started.
The Trax Power Dolly can be found here: traxpowerdolly.com/
Use code HWM50 for $50 off.

Love your channel and will be retiring in the next 12 months. Been cutting and burning wood and also tree service work for 40+ years. I will be starting a small operation for farm-stands and campgrounds around here. I’m doing a job for a friend that had tons of dead standing ash! I have taken 6 cord out and there is at least 12-15 more. I am doing the math and I think the maple and oak will be for cordwood and the ash will be bags! Btw, I make the same fire starters as you but use dry aspen shavings I get at the pet supply store. I get 38 minutes burn time! Thanks for all your tips and hope to meet you sometime and buy a shirt!

I’m moving in the bagger direction too. A couple things you didn’t mention that I’ve thought of: 1.) with bundles each piece has to be premium to make a really nice looking bundle, with the bags, you can fill up that bucket with lesser quality wood and still make a nice looking bag 2.) in addition to smoker chunks and solo stove wood you could possibly use it for kindling too! Great job HWM! See you in a few days!

It's not so much the taking off when dumping. I know on my trailer Big Tex 7x14 with a full load if its not hooked up to a vehicle the actual frame of the trailer will tip like tongue up in the air half way through the dump when all the weight shifts to the back. I know that the trax wont even come close to preventing that. Load it up full and tilt the trailer all the way back you can actually lift the whole front of the trailer by hand cuz the weight distribution is way off. Just something to think about. I speak from scary experience trust me.
