It's way too deep. Someone was smoking meth when they designed it. It's terrible. You pack it neat, and then once you flip it they are sliding at different rates based on friction. The nice right pack of wood you had goes in the bag too loose.

Dan, I have always preferred bags as do many of my cottage neighbours. You don't always use all the wood at once so when the wood is wrapped in cellophane , you end up with a mess. Having a bag means you can keep it tidy and carry it out to the fire pit etc as needed etc. Way better IMO. Awesome, practical product for sure. Keep smiling!

That's another great point...with wrap once ya cut it open or take a stick out the bundle is shot. Not the case with a bag.👍😀🍻

I've been a bagger for a long time and you know that! I've been running an ez bagger for over a year now and I will never go back. Before that I had a palax packer. The primary advantage is the customer will always prefer bags, and that's a guarantee! Not to mention I can bag 60+ bags an hour easily, I could never make wrapped bundles that fast with my electric twister

Ive been using mine for a few weeks now and love it! I drank the kool aide and got into firewood seriously this season and so far we're in 4 beer distributors and a convenience store. All the beer places had a guy but all said they stopped returning calls when they needed more and they were all wrapped but not very well and often fell apart, as soon as they saw our bags they were sold. I haven't timed myself compared to my wrapping station but I bet it's at least twice as fast.

Emerald also showed us that bags increase air flow and the wood won’t mold in them like it can when plastic wrapped. Also, the bags are reusable and won’t get tossed into the fire like some campers/fire ringers do the plastic. If I had a spot for a roadside stand, I’d be baggin, though I would want a plastic hopper rather than a gong one. That gets old quick. Reno

Way back in the day I used to do this, but I used 5 gallon plastic buckets. I found that laying them on their side and loading them was much faster and I could shake the bucket, causing the wood to settle so I could fit the maximum amount in the bucket quickly. I have done thousands and thousands of them. I used to get $2 a bucket.
