My recommendations
Tribit stormbox micro 2 - $60 - 8/10 -
A really great sounding speaker at an affordable price and also very compact. Perfect for biking or the beach.
In addition, an application with an equalizer and a battery indicator is available
Soundcore Motion 300 - $80 - 7/10 -
Great sounding speaker with a nice customizable EQ and an adaptive EQ that changes the sound depending on position. But it can distort sometimes
JBL Partybox Encore - $300-330 - 9/10 -
A good loudspeaker with deep bass for a party. It has an equalizer app and has bass boost options that make it even better
will enhance the party. Additionally, there are 2 microphones in the box (USA) and 1 microphone in the EU. I even prefer the encore to the boombox 3. New models have now better battery.

Many thanks. You are the man. From 5:15 to 5:28 I can hear a more rounded and harmonious bass from the Luna… but at high volume the jbl is a bit more powerful. I would give a win for the Luna for being smaller and for better sound at low volume.

Luna sounds really nice for it’s size! Nice open sound. I got the charge 5, and I miss the sparkle sometimes.

Muy buena comparativa... Estoy pensando seriamente comprarme el HK luna. Me parece que para el porte, tiene mejor calidad en sonido. Si tuve el charge 5 y es cierto cuando le subes todo el volumen solo se escucha medios y agudos.

@@savvasneophytou5664 see, I understand but I use mostly type C electronics and use things that have the normal power plug to rather then having that jack shape plug. Having a normal plug or a type C IN MY OPINION is better because I have a boombox 2 and I lost the charger now I can't see or buy a new charger because of the price

It got lost a bit in the bass above 80% It goes maybe to 48hz but nothing below

i did compare the Luna vs Bose soundflex, and the soundflex was no match side by side, the Bose sounded so full and rich and it has a lot smaller size too. The Harman sounded so muddy. Harman is only great for classical music.

Sound quality is worse on jbl but bass is quite a bit better, but only after 70-80%

@@DominikReviews Oh I see, but do you think JBL quality is that bad? Is there a difference in sound if the grill/cover is removed? Because I already have a HK O8, but it's not loud enough outdoors and it's a hassle to carry it

@@DominikReviews I'll be happy to explain it to you: The Bose offers the better overall package: It has a really great sound, can be operated lying on it's back, which improves the sound even more, is more robust, better suited for outdoor use and has a practical carrying strap. I also like its simple, clean design. In my opinion, the Harman/Kardon Luna with it's good looking but sensitive surfaces is purely a “living room”-speaker. It has a higher price but less versatility.

Hk bass is punchy c5 bass is lower and better indoors but useless outdoors you will not hear that heavy low bass outdoor i have the charge 5 btw.

@@DominikReviews For stereo. 1 is never enough. But 1 Luna vs JBL Charge 5 aka mono audio. Code Pandorum - Ashes sounds bad on mono speakers. It's a mono speaker killer!!! I love DEATHSTEP!!! But I can't enjoy Code Pandorum's music, because mono sucks.

@@DominikReviews When did I say JBL Boombox 1? I still use my old speaker of course. I use JBL Partybox 310 or Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 7's or Harman Kardon Go + Play 3's. Sometimes 1 Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 7 or Go + Play 3. Stereo audio. I don't want to make a video, because Ashes is a copyrighted song. You can test it. Luna vs a JBL Boombox 2 or JBL Boombox 3 or any stereo speaker. You will hear the difference. Stereo is superior. Mono vs stereo.

@@miksumasterjbl8899Ofcourse stereo is superior. But that’s not the point of these speakers, it don’t even matter if those speakers are mono or stereo. Because there is practically no stereo separation. If you want to listen to some good sound you should have a real hifi system.
