As an African I find it very interesting how MM is all about being a “black” woman but, none of her friends are black well up until she became famous. So I’m wondering if she really and truly embraced her blackness before it became convenient for her? Why didn’t she have any black friends speaking in this docuseries? (Disclaimer: I’ve only gone up to episode 2).

I think Harry started getting dirty on the family when William had a child and he was pushed out of being relevant. He overestimated his importance and he found a woman who had the same sense of self importance and they fed off each other In a way they’re made for each other and in another way it can only end in disaster

I've not watched any mainstream media, newspapers to radio stations in 9 years, I didn't know about the fuss with them. My friends n family know I don't care so I find these things out through utube channels I watch, Nate the lawyer had Meghans sister on and the behavioral arts covered a couple of things but that's enough of them for me.😂 Seems they are attention seeking victims of their own choices. 🙄 I'm blissfully ignorant.

I don’t believe what Harry says about the Royal family. He is just so biased because he is not the closest heir to the throne. Now with Prince William’s children he is farther away. He is so jealous. But can you imagine the chaos if he WERE to ever become king?? His being the spare is the root of all his attitudes. That and being so spoiled and immature and not very smart. I think those two should just disappear into their new life and leave the Royal family alone. Go away!

I loved everyone's input on this, but especially Mark's point about Harry needing to save his mum by making MM into his mum... and he can't save her unless she's suffering. And she is so willing to play her part in that. They really need mental help.

They are damaged people who may believe, IMHO, that doing this docudrama will help them a) set the record straight & b)get the sympathy vote. Neither is true. I started to watch the first episode and I got less than a minute in when I realised it literally is the Harry and Meghan “show“ and not a very good show at that. I’m not sure I’m even going to be able to watch the behaviour panel clips.

I truly believe Markle thought she could marry Harry and then take center stage as the most popular and beloved royal. When she realized the British public still preferred the Queen and Catherine to her and she was far down the pecking order, she was outraged. I read Spare. Harry obviously thought it bitterly unfair that he was, as an accident of birth, always going to be second to William (who in addition to be older, is also smarter, handsomer and in every way his superior). These two are just pitching an epic temper tantrum because they're not Number One.

I think he's referring to before he met Markle mate, when every girlfriend he had, ended up on the front page's, which would be difficult for anyone in fairness. As for being a whinging jerk, he definitely is that, although I think Markle has played her hand at conditioning his behaviour. It doesn't appear he behaved like this before meeting her, although if he did, I suspect the Queen ensured it was kept out of public view.

Oh I couldn't agree more, demanding privacy whilst securing a Netflix deal worth $100m, whereby a camera will follow and document their privileged lives. What I find bizarre is how they loathe the very institution that provides them with publicity, a platform and financial freedom. That's like a child saying he hates Santa-claus, although he's 😉 just delivered a mountain of gifts. It doesn't make sense really does it. Markle doesn't dislike the press at all, she seeks them out and has been known to inform them, "anonymously" that Harry and Herself, are going to be at a specific location at a specific time. You don't alert them to your potential whereabouts, if you're essentially trying to avoid them at all cost. Now there's a word, "COST" - now that's more aligned with Megan's psyche, how much money will it cost the media for a photo op, how much will they pay her, does being photographed benefit her financially, if not then she hates the press, but if they fulfill her God complex and pay her vast amounts of money, then they can film her all day long. I don't think Harry cares too much for the press or cash, in fact I feel he's more tagging along and following Megan's orders. Harry comes from one of the wealthiest families on the planet, so it's probably more about attention seeking and an axe to grind than financial gain. Megan however, it's all about fame, money, power, and getting the last word in, no matter how dishonest she has to be, and with no regard for her she hurts along the way.

I find Megan Markle deeply unlikeable. Beautiful woman, but seems to be acting in bad faith. It’s wild how she portrays herself as such a victim, despite literally marrying a handsome prince. I think Chase nailed it…she can’t be the most important Royal, but she can be the most important ex-Royal. The whole thing feels soooo calculated.

As an American, I refuse to watch the “documentary” on Netflix. I am not alone in my disdain for these two attention seekers who have to “create content” in an effort to be relevant. The fact that they are willing to air their family’s dirty laundry on a global stage is an indication of what type of people they are, their values and lack of respect for the RF. Like many Americans, I feel they have had more media coverage than one should have in a lifetime.

Well said. You know it's not that I have no empathy for someone being part of a family that's very strict, and that came with major downsides like constant media attention and scrutiny, but my empathy vanishes when you constantly whine about it as though you were born into the worst life possible. It's just not the case. But Harry seems so far removed from reality and the struggles of normal people that he thinks his suffering is worse than anyone else's. And most people don't want to hear a prince and princess complain about how hard they have it. It's beyond unrelatable. Add to that the many times Meghan has been caught blatantly lying and you have 2 very unlikable people. But...some people actually buy what they're selling . A girl I work with for example.

No-one fogets that they have the same mother. They've shared so much together all neither want to put their children through that but their future is quite different. William and his offspring are the future of the monarchy and thatvis why William is held at a much higher standard. He has no choice in the matter no matter what his personal feelings are on things. Meghan thought Harry was incredibly wealthy and was shocked when she discovered as the second son he was not as rich as William and never would be. She connived to meet him and told him she was pregnant when he was getting cold feet about her. He was manipulated by her from the start. When she discovered that she had to work at being a royal she decided then that she would leave the country before the marriage. One has to admire her deviousness . Harry was played like a violin. Meghan was obstructive, found invading private royal rooms and photographed them, she refused to meet with the Queen on two occasions, the Queen decided a line had to be drawn after giving Meghan lots of time to adjust and fit in. When the Queen sent Meghan away, she had her picked up, driven to the airport, escorted by Edward and Sophie, an aide was taken to Frogmore and her belongings were removed and put on a plane. This all came out eventually. Lots went on that remain hidden to preserve the royals.

Give Charles a break for once. Many never knew all the Work Charles was doing. Diana and Charles were both blue blooded enough to be Royals and do their DUTIES. Diana was way to young and it's like she had to skip an important part of Life's cycle, what 19-25 yr. Young ladies do at that age. She had very much to learn Pertaining to what all was expected of her, every little detail, certain colors to wear, when and where. Like our normal daily stuff of getting up and getting ready to start our Day, hers was much more complicated.; and she did learn Fast. She was a quick learner. However, She could never hide her Depression, Disappointment in Charles to the Public. Telling the Public negative things Charles may have said in Private, between Husband and Wife. She never complimented Charles for anything, which didn't help the bad marriage. At one time there was hope they had found a good common ground and were going to make it. . Media always showed the down side of Diana and Charles.always the best for Diana. Neither Charles or Diana were bad people, they were two people put together for Duty. A huge Disappointment for such a young lady to deal with and in the Public. She was on cloud 10 at marrying a Prince she had always had a crush on and Charles was just there filling his Duty, trying to please his Mother. Both Charles and Diana were disappointed and both had second thoughts before the Wedding, but neither side of their Families would allow them to back out of the Marriage. Charles and Diana found a Respect for each other after the Divorce, became Friends. They forgave each other. People should not be fussing, getting mad at others because their bad arranged marriage failed. They made Peace and The PUBLIC should make Peace over their Life also. Diana was great at what she Did. She definitely had the Love and Hearts of People all around the World. There is only ONE DIANA and will never another like Diana. HARRY needs to Stop Pretending and Stop living in his Mother's Shadow. Making money off her Memory. Diana couldn't control Harry since her was a toddler. He exhausted her and she worried about him because she knew he had problems. ( Bless her heart). If Harry keeps on he will cause a lot of bad negative things about Diana to get exposed. Harry will ruin her Reputation. It will all explode in his face. Diana didn't want to ruin or hurt the Royal Family( only Charles for awhile), because she loved William her first Son also, and desired for him to have his Rightful Place in the Monarchy. So, they couldn't be so awful if Diana wanted that for William. I personally don't understand the jealousy, and hate Harry had for William. Any of my older Brothers and Sisters that do well, I'm happy for them, proud of them. Anyway I could help them, I'd be glade to and not expect or want pay. Harry has no clue how famous and all the great things he could have accomplished being by William side, and would be liked and Respected. But, he chose the Dark side.

The dream is to hear you guys dive deeper, and tell it as you think and feel. I understand why you are holding back. Amber Heard is taking notes. There is a chunk of people who see through things better than others, and watching this scenario unfold feels like watching a true crime story before it happens. Some major sinister tea is boiling down in Montecito, with some experienced VCs. I wish to be very wrong. Anyways, Harry has so much public sympathy for all his unresolved trauma, making this documentary feel like you are witnessing a therapy session. Given the hate towards the media and prying eyes, why would he want to put out his personal therapy session to the world. If done solo, without the so obvious fake acting, Aitch would pottentially capture the audience. but, any other good hearted individual would just move on, realize their priviledge, make life/dream rearrangement and move on to focus on the good in life and being there for others. Life is never perfect, for anyone, regardless of their status. period. It is his pride, he thought Meghans would bring him the fame and she would show the world how wrong his family was about her. But now the whole world is telling him how bad his wife is. So he puts it on his anxiety and so called fears and media. I think Harry just is careless, and has always been selfish and dumb. I also think Harry wants to be adored like his mother, so that he can feel good about himself. He wants to be admired

As an acting teacher, I can spot acting no matter how good it is, and this isn't good. I also know when someone has been coached to mix truth with fiction, which is a technique actors use to prep for roles. In this case. I can see the moments when a few truthful words are sprinkled in, and then the lies resume. It's pathetic. And sick.

Also the way she tries to tilt her head down and "pause" for emphasis. She overdoes it and you can tell it's on cue for her. It's a terrible attempt to try to seem like she's just talking frankly.

@@tostamixtabifana97 I'm not a behaviourist like these gentlemen, but a dead giveaway is when the body language changes drastically. If a person has been still, if they become animated suddenly, one of those is likely fake. Big generalization, but it usually applies. The other thing I admonish students about is going into what I call "monologue mode." Students and other unskilled actors will get a glazed, far-off look and launch into a monologue in a flat voice. This is because they're planning on building up to something, so they're starting low to finish high. TV actors like Megan are also taught to hold the head still because of the camera frame. Some acting techniques (that I don't teach) require the actor to literally think about something other than what they're saying. Splitting attention and striving to sound "realistic" creates that weird, glazed look and flat voice. Megan does it constantly here. It's poor acting. No one who is speaking knows ahead of time that they're not going to be interrupted until they're done, so their speech is interactive, even if no one talks back. Notice Megan's face is dead flat when she speaks, because she's not taking in any visual cues. She knows nothing is coming back, because these are rehearsed monologues she's doing. When Harry speaks here, he talks a lot, but you can tell he's actually speaking TO someone and gauging how it's landing, as people do in real life. I could go on for hours on this topic. But you can see it if you know what to look for.

@@MizJilly I'm no behaviourist either, but growing up with a narcissist sibling, I began to notice certain "tells". One of them is that Narcs tend to switch between their "emotional states" on a dime, but then also hold those states too long. An actual person who's upset has ups and downs in their demeanor: crescendos and descrescendos. Narcs overdo it by holding the fake emotion/body language too long, then switch it on a dime instead of bringing real anger or hurt down/up slowly. It's like going 0-60 to 100% output and then shifting gears immediately. It's not natural and you can sense it's fake.

If Meghan was referring to The Royal Family when saying ‘protecting our kids and understanding the role that they play in this really historical family’, it’s simple. The currently have no role. Not a single Senior Royal has ever met Lilibet, Archie saw the Senior Royals 2x’s as a baby of less than 1yr old. The entire family are complete strangers to the children who are being raised away from the country and the traditions and customs that are an integral part of the Monarchy. What role can they possibly play now or in the future when they are growing up unknown to their grandfather the King, Uncle and Cousin who are the future Kings.

Why does the world forget the hundreds of children who have lost a parent under much worse conditions than Harry. Some have actually seen a father kill their mother in a rage. Some have seen their mother brutally raped and killed in war. Some have watched their mother die a long and painful death due to disease. Many of these had to be seen in public at funerals, testifying at a trial, or shuffled off to foster care and expected to adjust. To me Harry is unbelievably self-centered resulting from a lack of parenting by his family. He needed serious grief therapy, drug rehab, designated responsibility, and tutoring at school. Instead there were coverups including in the military. Keeping Harry protected and letting him fly safe missions endangered the real soldiers but boosted a false sense of accomplishment. While Andrew is arrogant and unpleasant he really put his life on the line in the Faulkins and never lied or publicly tried to put the blame on his family for his mistakes. He made terrible decisions and has paid the price. Note Virginia D was 17 years old and not considered a minor legally. She was also a procurer of younger girls before allegedly meeting Andrew. Never heard about Andrew getting a young girl drunk and taking her behind a pub to use. Did Harry check the ages of the girls in Vegas when playing strip poker drunk? This is not to support Andrew's decisions, but to say that I am SICK AND TIRED of people making excuses for Harry's abominable behavior and I believe it is time for King Charles to show leadership and put the welfare of the Commonwealth ahead of being a daddy. William and Katherine have earned the support of Charles. AND I want my government to treat Harry like everyone else (as he claims to want) and revoke his green card as he admittedly breaks our drug laws and is not paying taxes. There is dual citizenship, but what are the laws concerning Meghan's ability to run for any political office in the USA? NOW I am going to try and follow my own advice and totally ignore and refrain from commenting on their never ending interviews, podcasts, books, and purchased awards as that is the best way to get them to "fade into the sunset" or relocate to Africa (if they would accept them). Hope many people will join "Club Fatigued" with me.

I'm with you, only I got here more slowly. I had high hopes for them. Then was a little embarrassed over the preacher at their wedding, but thought, "Oh well." Then Meghan kept being an embarrassment, over and over. Then she blamed it on race. Then they come here, and right off the bat, Harry said that we should get rid of the First Amendment. That did it.

Harry will unfortunately become no longer useful to Megan and she will ditch him as quick as she did her last husband, her own family and her friends. Megan is a full blown narcissist and she is helping Harry to become one. It is so sad because at the end of the day Harry will end up a very lonely man as I’m not to sure his family will be able to forgive him for the hurt and pain he has caused them, especially his Grandmother and Grandfather.

The level of entitlement never ceases to amaze me. The British people pay for your clothes, your cars, your big houses, your organic food, silk bedding, servants and cooks and your heating bills, your lavish privileged lifestyles to represent us so yes they will take an interest in what you are doing with that privilege they have a right to see what you are doing with the lavish life theyre supporting. All the while they suffer in poverty struggling to pay their own heating bills etc you will be in the public eye and part of the public's interest and conversations. You are supposed to give the public something back. Some service, be a beacon of strength for the people at times of hardship and woe. Ya pelican. Went to America and had a tantrum on Oprah about how hard done by he is because his family said he couldn't have public paid round the clock British special service police officers as his personal drivers and bodyguards 24/7 365 days of the year at the British publics expense once he moves to America and leaves public service. He doesn't understand he thinks it's his entitlement and that he's being personally picked on as the reason his security funding stopped. He doesn't even understand that it's funded he thinks that he owns the public's money.
