@Robert Fiore Yeah but if you look at other videos he's freshly shaven and not all seems dark. I would hope it's true but I think it's artificial. There's a lot of money here at stake and recent studies demonstrate nmn accelerates cancer growth in mice if it's already on the go, but not in healthy people. How accurate this data can be as there is always conflict in data. I wouldn't risk it right now.
@Marco-bh9im
@Marco-bh9im 3 жыл бұрын
@Robert Fiore You could win lottery next week and have three wives. :) Never say never, but I understand where you're coming from. I turn 50 next week and I'm blessed to have inherited good genes as compared to most 50 y.o I have only a few grays on my chin. I've been following the progress of testing NMN + other supplements for more than 1 year. Latest results CLAIM to only have aged 10 days in 3 months. So to age 1 year it would take 12 years. Age 5 years in 60 years. I'll take it. ) If that is accurate that's already mega. But although this person testing NMN seems genuine you really don't know if the numbers are true. He could be affiliated as there's $$$$ at stake. If there ever is a miracle pill only the filthy rich will have access. The normal plebs would get the pill that slow things down but the rich will be getting the regenerative/reversing pill. There are claims circulating that some filthy rich already got the technology with CRISPR. I mean just to restore vision he already said half a million. So I guess we should start saving $$$

@@user-ky8fh9xl7l Probably but there's always something. There is a video where he has a 5 day growth or close too and you can clearly see it's not dark around his mouth/chin and the light really makes no difference in this case. As said, I'd really like to think it''s real but it's too good to be true. And David has contradicted himself more than once. One day he says don't allow your body temp to drop and in the next video he's says he takes hot showers and then dives into an ice bath. I mean this is a guy that confesses he can't do more than a 4 day fast, he;s not mentally strong enough, yet he can jump into an ice bath? Let me assure from experience it is easier to fast 3 days than it is to jump into an ice bath.

I take Metformin for diabetes and fast but I have always done this just to maintain my weight. I am going to start takeing Niacinamide. I also dont take vitamins but do take a aspirin a day. Life expectancy has jumped, mainly because infant survival rates are much higher than they once were. Poor hygiene and nutrition, less advanced medicine and more communicable diseases meant that newborns in Ancient Greece and Rome had a much lower chance of surviving their first few years. But by combatting age-linked illnesses, we can extend our life and live until a hundred and fifty. I too have spent a lot of time confused with the push back to ending death and extending human life. As more people see it as a true option, I hope they’ll move past the fear of death and see it’s all really quite possible! It’s through Dr. Sinclair's podcasts I learned about Vitruvin Anti-Aging Supplements and ever since I am taking this NMN supplement, it radically changed my life.

@33 m. Recent work out the Conboy Lab shows that simply doing plasma exchange, replacing a large fraction of the plasma in old mice with saline, also rejuvenates some tissues. So it may very well be that the effect attributed to young blood may simply be removing detrimental factors from old blood. Another good reason to donate.

So olive oil mimicks fasting ! 14:00: Sauna people tend to have less heart attacks. Curr researching a molecule in add to NMN Researching Covid19 which depletes NAD+ Reseveratrol is an antiocidant but it's beneefit comes from the fact it is a signalling molecule that turns on natural defences against antioxidants Antioxidants can blunt the ebenfits of exercise. We need oxidants and free radicals to benefit from these life style changes In nematode worms, antioxidant shortened thier life All patents expire eventually The older u live, faster one dies The genes that control sleep are intimately connected to those that control lifespan Exercise ensure blood flow to brain to prevent dementia Pets and social life Centenarians: Red wine, Olive oil and humor, doesnt get stressed out Constant (high) cortisol levels not good Inner spiritual healing affects our aging process Age associated diabetes senolytics Senescent cells accelerate aging folded proteins WHO recently declared aging a medical condition Telomere length can b used to estimate aging, but they also vary in length Horvath clock more accurate It measures methyl on DNA and est bio age. Blood transfusions ( tweaked) from young to old mice reduce heart age by 74% His reserach focusses on turning on 3 'embryonic' genes that tend to b switched off with age. Religion Switching on longevity genes is a better way to fight cancer than antioxidants NMN given to old mice or horse improved fertility Metformin helped some infetile women mTor senses amino acids and on sensing a steak, turns on ability of body to make protein. Need to keep mTOR off everynow and then to allow/ help it clean out old proteins thru autophagy This is the prob in Alzheimers , accum old crystallised proteins Rapamycin ( Rapalogs) have greatly extend lifespan of mice, worms & yeasts mTOR, Sirtuins and AMPK talk to each other...they are just diff pathways 3 sirts in nucleus, 3 in mitochondria and 1 more floats around in between, they care for telomeres, cell survival, repair DNA damage, control how much fat to put on Mice w more sirtuins live longer Sirt 6 is v effective Skin of 50yo has 50% of NAD+ of a 20yo Got into trouble for saying 1st person to live to 150 already exists...quoted by Oz PM, told to keep mouth shut, wants respect of peers Just doing 5 simple things gives extra 15 years Prev they only cd slow down aging, in last 2 years they believe in resetting age of body Doctors may need to change medicial philosophy and regard aging as a treatble islilnnesses b4 they will prescrible Metformin for non diabetics His doctor is conservative and did not prescribe him Metformin

I'd prefer to die at a humanly possible age, but stay young and fit until that age - like centenarians, except much shorter. As you can't get away in the end and the world of Death awaits us all, I see no point in trying to avoid it for a few years.

Google ---- >""PRIONS and Alzheimer's disease" The " sewage sludge " and wastewater released into the farms and agriculture land are spreading brain disease far and wide every day. DR . Claudio Soto, PhD, professor of neurology at the "University of Texas" Medical School in Houston, and his colleagues confirmed the presence of prions in urine. Soto also confirmed that plants uptake prions and are infectious and deadly to those who consume the infected plants. Therefore, humans, wildlife and livestock are vulnerable to prion disease via plants grown on land treated with sewage sludge and reclaimed sewage water. "Prion" and Virus researcher "Dr. Joel Pedersen ", from the University of Wisconsin, found that prions become 680 times more infectious in certain soils. Pedersen also found that sewage treatment does not inactivate prions. Therefore, prions are lethal, mutating, migrating and multiplying everywhere sewage is dumped. “Our results suggest that if prions enter municipal wastewater treatment systems, most of the agent would bond to sewage sludge, survive anaerobic digestion, and be present in treated biosolids,” Pedersen said. “I drive a Tesla, I’m not trying to live forever.” Does he mean that he bought a Tesla because he doesn’t have a lot of time left so he’s making the most of it while he can? Or does he mean that the Tesla is shortening his lifespan? Electric cars do expose people to more EMF’s... I don’t know.

Hi All, David Sinclair said in another interview that he has a penchant for speed. When he was younger, he actually lost his drivers license in two countries, in both Australia and I think the US. I forget the interviewers name but the interview was in the past two months, posted on KZfaq, and I think she’s involved in race car driving somehow, but I couldn’t swear to it. (I had the interview on in the background). In any case, he made similar joke in that interview that he is not trying to live forever if he is driving fast.

Metformin is prescribed (off label) for PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). This is a complex endocrinological and metabolic disorder that can cause infertility in young women and diabetes in post menopausal women. There seems little research on healthy women taking metformin as there is no medical reason to prescribe it. The caution in taking metformin off label for anti-aging is that it can cause or worsen vitamin B12 absorption in the gut and that it changes the gut biome so that folate absorption is lessened and folate digestion is impaired. The severity of this varies between people and the effects are seen mostly in people who use it long term...perhaps 5 years or more. The deficiencies caused have serious consequences. Therefore B12 and folate levels should be regularly monitored by blood tests when metformin is used. Hence do not attempt to take metformin without medical supervision. My knowledge comes from personal experience of all of these medical issues.

Honestly, I just don't want to be a wrinkly grey-haired useless woman who can’t remember stuff in my ripe age. If I can get older and be able to sustain my body slowing down aging or even biologically reverse aging to my prime, that is ideal. Obviously, nobody can live forever, but I feel like we can live a lot longer, so why not slow our age rather than age slowing us down? This is why I am constantly taking Dr. Sinclair’s NMN, a NAD booster and indeed a health provider. With NMN Vitruvin Nutrition (500mg) a day every morning with protein drink and Greek yogurt, it has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have disappeared. Now, age is just a number.

Had my life restored by WFPD eating lifestyle, strength training, good solid sleep, and intermittent & prolonged fasting. It's not rocket science. People want to live & eat like the standard Westerner & take a supplement to erase the damage are missing the mark... why not achieve the same results & NOT get sick in the first place? The pharmaceutical industry looses when we don't need their meds anymore. When looking at people who are on metformin & noticing their improvement on overall health by taking metformin... realize the population you are studying... type 2 Diabetics. They have shortened lifespan by 20 years on average... bec of poor diet & lifestyle choices. Pills are NOT the answer. Address the root issues: Diet & Lifestyle.

People who live more than 100 years have their longevity much more influenced by genes than by the environment, they have a genetic peculiarity. For the rest of us genes only play 25%, the influence of the environment predominates. People who live over 100 years have on average had a much less hygienic life than people who have a normal longevity. They live long because of their genes really. So there is that ...

Physical appearance is the most important besides atrophy of muscles. If one makes such a bold claim as we can all stay young, then one needs to look young himself. Hes aged just like the rest of us.
