Arda is still very young and raw.Who reminds of a young Vini.He has all the skills but lacks the cohesion with the team.It will take him a year or two to settle down in the squad.Madrid sees him as a successor of Modric.With the new format of club world cup or hopefully Super league there are going to be many games in the future.Also with the players retiring and leaving in a year or two Madrid can easily accommodate playing time to these young players.

The thing about Imanol, which is different from any other spanish coach, is that he will never leave Real Sociedad if his project keeps going on. His life story makes this very obvious. He is, in his own words, at his all time dream job. I have never seen a manager so committed to a club (except Fergie and Wenger) in 20 years. He is much more committed than even Simeone.
