You have to remove one T30 to change the oil filter, there not to bad to do. Needs a cyl 4 glow plug, not a control unit. The high pressure fuel pump sends the fuel to the the rail, the pressure regulator in the rail maintains the pressue, and opens and cloese to raise and lower the pressure. Theres also a regulating valve in the Hp fuel pump.

Being a fossil, I'm 80, I am going to find this van an interesting repair. It certainly appears that this vehicle was driven until it couldn't go any further and it will be interesting to see what caused it to quit. Great video as always Thank you.

O rings in the oil cooler run some degreaser thru the water system after changing the o rings

Good engines just the ancillaries are poor. Id be looking at the fuel filter for swarf before buying any other parts but would imagine the high pressure fuel pump has worn/failed and the swarf will of found its way into the injectors hence the injector 1 fault code. Low pressure code as its not creating pressure not because the sensor has failed
