That caliper is wrong that you fitted. The pads that you need for that caliper you fitted will have 3 pronged clips on the back. Which is like on a Seat leon 1p 1.9tdi. Check the pads on the passenger side and you'll see that they differ. Hope that makes sense.

This van is a pain. Somethings never go right and this is one of those. The issue with you being supplied with wrong parts has not helped. You will be glad to see it go no doubt.

This should be reported to the Police. Do they use it for illegal activity. If they see that they can get away with it, will they be tempted in the future? The organisation that the businesses or tradespeople are registered should be alerted. They should have to reregister if they want to continue trading. In Australia, there is a Department of Fair Trading. Recently we had some major house maintenance. 2/3 of bidding contractors were not registered over financial, or quality issues. This is an easy check here.

I had a neighbour who was always working on cars and I'd help him on occasion. He had installed an engine in a car and I was in our back yard and he called me over to see it start for the first time. Took some minor adjustments but it started quickly and when he shut it off he said that the sound of an engine starting for the first time was as sweet as a babies first cries. I feel this engine is definitely a prime example of that. Congratulations. Grand video. Thank you.

300V DC will not kill you, AC yes, but not DC, More over: in is not the voltage kills, its the current kills. :) You can light up a 220v bulb with DC power using your hands as a connector, it will not harm you. Learn basics man.
