So sick of hearing coaches are being sacked, when are the players and boards going to cop some of the responsibility? Imagine if Payton or Kevvy were fired last year when NRL 360 was saying it had to happen, willing to bet bronx and cows wouldn't be top 8. Who in their right mind would sign up to coach the tigers, dogs or knights when you have these derelicts ripping into you week in week out.

Can't keep churning through coaches year after year expecting different results without cleaning out the board room at least once.

You only have to look at how many great players they let go and replaced them with average Joe's that were on special.

Michael Maguire can coach. You don't win a GF if you can't coach. The Tigers have not recruited well enough to buy the right players for the right positions and create the right combinations. The tigers coaching job is a poison challis at this point in time and any coach including bellyache or Wayne Bennett would not make a noticeable difference. Get the front office sorted out first and stay out of the coach's business.

Look the Western Suburbs-Balmain relationship just ain't working. As an old Wests fan the Tigers just don't do it for me. There not a footie club they're a corporate identity, even more so than others. Their administration office is at Concord, they have a maintenance garage at Leichardt and a cleaners storage room out at Campbelltown. Behind the scenes they are a basket case. Madge took the job like any coach would, it was a job. Robbie Farrah said years ago before he retired 'I'm sick of this constant standard of mediocrity'. Players are only human. They may be (well paid) warriors, but without a cause, an inspiration, something to identify with it's hard to keep going week after week. Our own lives can tell us that. I don't think Luke Brooks has let the club down the club has dragged him down.

Nothing wrong with Madge as a coach they’ve got a very average talent level in this club. Can’t keep firing coaches at some point it’s the players they have which for the most part are hot garbage. Injuries haven’t helped especially this season when you’ve got an average team and you don’t have the best players you have to choose from then your really up against it as a coach.

Barrett had the same success at the panthers... Ciraldo isn't the answer and he knows it. He is biding his time.

The tigers have the players to make a difference in the comp but lack heavy in fitness. They struggle to put up 80min performances consistently. Cut their Christmas breaks short and get them in back into training
