I've been working out with your video for about a month now. Started with the sitting and work my way up. Been feeling so much better with it. By the way I'm 84 yrs. old. I'm doing it for the health of it.

I am a disabled person with limited movement in my legs and started these exercises a few days ago. I have thoroughly enjoyed doing these exercises and feel better already! This is going to be my daily routine from now on. Thank You.

Good workout for me. I started this this week. I was sick with neck pain and right scapula pain. But Jesus gave .me strength to do it hurting and all. But this morning I am less pain in my neck and scapula. Thank God for my daughter for sending me this connection. God continue to bless.you. guys. Thanks again!!

For me it's a good workout because I want to keep working out but my regular exercises left me in pain,injury to my hip after a automobile accident.I felt I hot a work out,actually worked up a sweat

I love my morning routine with you. Many seniors have hip stiffness, and I'd love to see you do a video specifically for strengthening and mobilizing hip flexibility. I love that you have many videos to switch off with. It keeps things interesting. Good job, Hasfit!

I am 69, fit, play golf, tennis, Pickleball, swim, workout and I absolutely loved this workout. I was just searching for senior workout and I found you. I just started today and i feel great at 5:30 in the morning, gonna do at least 2 workouts a day, Ive had 4 spine fusions and this is the only exercise that doesnt make me hurt. love the senior workouts THANK YOU

Such a tremendous overall workout weight-bearing, cardio, and stretch for seniors or people who are getting back to exercise. I especially like that he allows time to switch exercises and explains exactly how you should positioned for each standing exercise.

Winner of a video, been searching for "basic calisthenics routine for men" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Jamescan Calisthenics Caboshed - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin got amazing results with it.

I knew I was in terrible shape for a 75 year old but didn't realize how much until I started your workout. I appreciate the pacing and encouragement it provides. It's something I think I can keep going with.

I'm only 90 and from India. I had open-heart bypass surgery in 2014. I find this is good for me. About 2 months back I started. Initially, I was not regular, now trying to be regular -- 7 days a week -- sitting only now. I didn't consult any doctor before doing this. I feel better. Thank you a lot.

I have looked for many workouts but I loved the pace, the options and especially the encouragement that was so comforting. I was only going to do 10 min and finished the whole workout without it feeling like a chore. Excellent instructors - WAY TO GO!!

I'm 78 but very active - work every day teaching and play in rock bands at night but due to the quarantine situation because of Covid 19 I'm stuck at home so am doing your exercises so that I don't seize up with inactivity. I noticed your workout program only when my gym had closed. I had to keep my joints moving ! I find your program so useful, to be done at my convenience and length of time. Thanks so much for preparing this. I am 71 healthy and fit and has been going to the gym since I retired 6 yrs ago. I have been researching trying KZfaq videos that I can use at home, especially now that I am home weathering out the COVID-19. Now I found an excellent exercise routine that can substitute the gym. This is the best and all rounded work out video. Thanks for the friendly nice team of 2 who prepare this for us seniors.

Just tried this for the first time, as I've been dealing with back and neck pain and have babied my body to avoid pain. The problem with that is range of motion diminishes and stiffness sets in to go along with the pain. I didn't realize how out of shape I was and thought this would be a breeze; but I found out I really, really need to start getting my body more flexible.

Hi Dawn,,i have the exact problems as you .My body is so weak i cannot do much of anything and have become lazy. So snap the band and back to working out again. Thank to this workout.A new beginning starting today.

Great exercise regime for older citizens! We have the choice of standing or sitting. Nice coaches too - very encouraging.

I am over 70 with some arthritis problems and used to swimming in the tropical sea at last three times a week. So when lock-down came and beaches were banned it was real blow. I hunted online for work outs for seniors and I am SO glad I discovered Hasfit. I've been doing the 20 or 30 minute standing workouts for seniors almost every day and I can FEEL the difference. Now that we are being allowed to go back into the sea as of next week, I will still keep on with Hasfit. Probably be able to swim farther and harder! Thank you Kovacs and Claudia, you have been a life saver!

I’m 33 and this workout kicked my butt lol. I’ve lost 170lbs but my joints are shot from carrying so much weight. Loved this, thanks so much!

I’m 71 and usually do full standing workouts. But a month ago I sustained a head injury which has left me with persistent post- concussion syndrome. Plus two weeks ago I sustained a plantar fasciitis so these seated exercises are really great for getting my heart going again.

I also want to add that I appreciate the safety your offer with these exercises. I'm sorry to say that many regular workouts really are risky for people that are just beginning to age. You don't realize until you get injured. These are indeed for all ages and especially people on the borderline of aging.

There are Silver Sneaker classes at YMCA's and other places. Some instructors teach at their churches and other places. They are designed strictly for seniors. Many offer workouts similar to these but you are in a group setting which offers the social aspect of it. Please consider this with your Mom along with these videos. They are great and you will get a good workout as well but with much safer exercises, the same as here.

Some of us senior citizens don't have access to the classes at the YMCA, etc or don't prefer to have that type of social interaction. As for me, this really meets my exercise needs and preferences and they encourage participants to go at their own pace, which is a safety factor. Sometimes organized classes can be intimidating to keep up with other folks.
