On a forum about the Volvo wiper issue, they suggest adding this harness as listed below: Volvo part # is 23522546, it's a wire harness with a resistor inline, goes between existing harness and wiper motor, 90 bucks ... Those drive tires are about to be classified as "baloney skins." Pretty low on tread, man, they need to get changed out!!!!

Yes weights are ok for the flatlands but in the snow you would want the weight up on drives lol. But most times to avoid the cat scales put you most rear axle just past the last part of the load you should be within one hole works for me lol.

Rusty , I watch your vids , people are correct , Volvo has ALWAYS HAD ISSUES WITH THER WIRING AND RELAYS , unfortunately you WILL have to deal with it on a regular basis on the truck you rebuild , I have driven older and newer Volvo trucks and there all plagued with wiring issues , just deal with them as they come and get a factory manual and familiarize yourself with it and just deal with the problems as they come up one at a time brother , keep the faith!

Yep beatiful country but beatiful up here in north newhampshire but sucks having to work on your truck at times but the windshield wipers alot have sensors so if on low it will start stop start but other settings are normal so not sure if that's a sensor on the new volvos ya ought to test it when lightly raining and see if it still does that or stop and go still bud but goodluck and godbless bud

When you get a chance, try looking into getting a dash cam instead or a car mount for the go pro so you don't have to hold it. I also found head bands for go pro when you look it up on google. I hope this helps with recording for you.

I know people are suggesting mechanical problems for the blades. How ever have you tried just simply cleaning the blades? The build up of dirt, grime and oil can cause blades to judder also. I would try that first before looking at the condition of the blades, mechanical problems etc. Also I know he got the truck cleaned but I didn't see any of them cleaning the blades in the short clip.

Your wiper issue is the wiper motor its about to go out. It happened on my 16 Volvo and Volvo told me it was common dont wait till it goes out totally like I did

For how long are you going to complain about the windshield wiper issue? Just inform the owner and take it to a Volvo workshop for repair. What will you do if the wiper fail totally?

Buy the way , I'm not a big social media person , I've been driving 30 years both company and owner operator , I own a 2007 t600 kenworth, last year before it went to the 660 redesign and trucks after 07 have all that emissions and def fluid b.s , if you have Facebook search groups for the specific truck you're rebuilding and there will probably be one you can join , point being other members will be able to help you with any wiring issues or anything else Volvo because that's all they own work on and drive , you just ask the members if they have had whatever issue you have going on and someone will answer you and say check this check that or whatever you need help with and it will save you a lot of time I'm tellin you , it has me , I belong to the kenworth T-600 / T660 owners only group and they have administrators and other resources , it really helps out , I don't even know if you will read this but if you do see if Facebook has a Volvo owners group and join up , I'm a Kenworth only guy , and in 30 years I've driven everything , it's also a personal preference like anything else, if you're a Volvo guy then stick with it, hang tough brother!

Damm usa trucking is so diffrent here in europe we have driving axel air suspension plus we have like 2 cabels for lights 1 cabel ABS/EBS And 1 airsupply line and a brake air line plus we like check once we start going for tyers and stuff we hook up trailer and check haha
