Deep respect to you sir, I have rarely seen bodybuilders who openly admit that they used steroids for bodybuilding. But still they give suggestions to do exercises of different kind to build body but not telling the real truth how diet and steroids works for such kind of body. I personally believe the sport which is not won or compete naturally is not a real sport.

I have come across thousands of body builders motivating people about natural body building when they themselves have used steroids... they say that you can achieve that body naturally in 6 months or 1 year...which is scientifically impossible...hats off for admitting

Can u also please let us know the side effects or any mental, emotional and physical distress u combated against while u were on steroids…..this will throw more light in the brains of novice gym rats and hopefully they will understand that noone is spared from the side effects, even an elite athlete like you and they will make decisions more responsibly…..yes a second part also much needed sir👍🏻
