Lorna's point on depression, nowadays I think you experience that when you're younger, I think it's also brought by the fact that most of us are forced to grow up and take care of ourselves way younger than normal.

She's exactly like me, especially in class or formal settings (I am very reflective and when I eventually open my mouth what I say is profound - not my words)! This is because I like to present a different perspective that I feel is lacking in the conversation.

Alcohol sedates, that's why you black out and alot of people confuse that with "deep sleep". Sedation is not sleep. It also affects the strength of the waves generated by your brain during sleep that help with memory that's why we have Korsakoff dementia in chronic alcoholics.

CFU stands for Colony Forming Units. It's the unit of measurement for microorganisms or how they are enumerated, cause they grow in colonies. So the higher the CFU, the higher the number of probiotic bacteria in the product. #IamAFoodTechnologist😊

I really enjoyed the conversation. I can relate to some of your points at 26. I was also in the bandwagon of 30 years is so old. I think society has made us believe that by 30 years one should be at a certain level in life such that when you near 30 you even get scared.

This is a very enlightening episode. I totally agree with your points. I would say that for me, I have learned how not to take things serious and let go of things I cannot control. However on the other side of this coin, I know what I want, I am not scared to ask for what I want and I know what my priorities are. This applies to all situations I am approaching. I also have boldness, without being rude, when I have a conversation. I said what I said mentality. Keep up the great work Queens

I'm in the 25-30 range and I already relate with a lot of the things mentioned. I'd definitely say metabolism starts slowing down at 25 cause now I can see the effects of my diet compared to before. I worry about the future (good stress) and I'm more aware of my emotions now. I guess this will only keep getting better. I already feel 40 but after this episode I'll start enjoying my youth more 🤗

Guys, when you start gyming is when most of your physical traumas you've gone through in life surfaces. You mostly need constant muscle therapy( which muscles are 80%of your body) to get your muscles worked on to reduce tension from daily stresses of life. It's like getting your body serviced the way you get your car serviced. Let me know if I can help with some of these physical discomforts.

Nice stuff... Truth be told we have evolved and it's high time we appreciate that fact and work around it to ensure our bodies don't disintegrate so fast.. So, one exercise is paramount, what we feed our bodies, and how we relate to life situations (mental health matters). And to emphasize exercise should be specific and with the right instructor. Also wished to come on board as a physiotherapist to talk about how our body reacts to exercise and how best to ensure best outcome.

Jules, your mom is so awesome, I love that parting shot 😍 life comes in seasons, a time to reap a time to sow, a time for drought and a time for surplus.. Love it ❤️ I'm with Lorna, I'm also aware of my feelings, emotions and moods in my 30's. OMG, this takes me way back to kc, napoleon days 😂😂 missing classes. Omg, wth. Drinking all week or weekend n no hangover. All my health issues that started in my 30's have disappeared since I started eating more healthier this year and seriously exercising 5days a week. Can you girls please do a full episode about supplements women should start taking in their 30's? Also seeds, I read somewhere about seed cycling
