Payed a lot of money, was expecting to get a phenomenal service as it secrets capri but the hopes got broken. Not comparable experience. It’s like day and night

Reminds me of Dreams Los Cabos. Pretty location but food was awful there and the rooms were dated. Not to mention the horrible sales pitch we agreed to hear in order to get a free couples massage. They literally got so upset when we wouldn’t agree to their timeshare.

Omg. This is sooo true. Had same experience during our recent trip. Food was disgusting, Lola restaurant tall receptionist was rude, entertaining boring. Pure disappointment and agreed waste of money. 😢

We have been to Xcaret Hotel has great preservation and food only if you buy adults only section, otherwise food would be average. Valentine Imperial is the one everyone is praising regarding their food , this is next on our list.

Xcaret has 2 parts. Family and adults only. And they include all their parks for “free”

Yes. Spoke to management. They all shrugged, what can we do ? Not financially profitable for us.
