After a week at Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya I can tell you that this resort is a symphony of contradictions. What they do well, they do really well and what they don't do well, they seriously blunder. So while I sit at home trying to write a script telling you how conflicted I am about this resort here is an unscripted morning walking tour.
