I remember watching this guy fight mosley on the undercard to Mayweather's fight. He wasn't a big name then but i knew he was going to be in the future. Fast track 6 yrs later and he is the biggest name in boxing today

canelo is such a class guy. he's not even the typical loud mexican/latino, as a latino i should say many of them are overcompensating. he is really really chill guy. i wish i could shake his hand and congratulate him in person. i should be jealous because i always wanted to become a boxer but i'm really not with some people you just have to aplaud them and canelo is certainly such a person

that is serious dedication..i idolize him ...a true athelete who knows how to train for what he wants and will not stop until he gets it...i never was into boxing that sport never really intrested me before until i seen CANELO fight...now aside from oscar de la hoya, Saul Alvarez is my favorite boxer win or lose this guy has a lot of heart ..in my eyes he will always be a champion no matter what.

us mexicans are indians some with more spanish than others depending on region. and yes some Irish but i grew up with a lot of Mexican Americans and some have red hair. Irish dont have a monopoly on red hair, lol. I've seen Germans with red hair and Romanians. i'm Mexican but look German (dirty blonde hair with blue yes and pale skin) but my family looks Indian to Mediterranean. I look northern European. My family does have some German. But these phenotypes do skip generations.

Have a future, but I'm with Mosley, the WBC gave him the title which is not liked by much of Mexico, were wrong to say that is ready for Cotto, Mayweather or Pacquiao, may have punch and speed, but lacks a lot of experience.
