This is a video about the process of restoring the old electric water pump. I found this old electric water pump from Japan recycle shop. It was made in Japan and I can't look up the exact model name. It was very old and rusty.. Let's restore it to work. I'm very happy to receive your feedback, advice, suggestions to improve myself.

You did a good job, but next time you connect wires, use ceramic or plastic clamps. They are the best for that because you will save a lot of time.

El cable de tierra no lo puedes atornillar sobre la pintura...tiene que ir sobre el metal si no no tiene sentido ya que no protege de nada (spanish)

Whats the pump housing made out of? Looked like aluminum but its corroded like its not

it's made of aluminum, which corrodes a lot

So the inside of the cage with the brush holders could have been cleaned a little better! In my opinion, this is wanted, but not achieved. And in general, all parts of the housing could have been cleaned better. A sandblasting blower would definitely be an advantage! In summary, the pump looks better after the restoration than before. But at the end the test was ridiculous for me. With the little pressure that the pump ultimately provides, you can't even flush the toilet
