Yassssss! I was just commenting how I get mad when people say Wendy isn't singing the yeah yeah yeahs on this song. She and Seulgi slay that part on the chorus and then on the bridge and ending when Wendy does her Mariah Carey riff and runs sounds so heavenly! The Main and Lead vocal and subvocalists/rap line slay the hell out of this song! This is still one of my most played RV tracks. It sounds amazing to the ears!

@@Lyf4rMusic I've been loving the Irene and Seulgi subunit, but whenever I watch them it just makes me miss OT5 more! I put Monster and RBB back to back on a cd and let me tell you it takes me forever to move on to the next songs! I can't get enough of these songs!

On the pre-recorded parts of the chorus you can clearly hear Wendy singing the yeah yeah yeah parts. It is slightly deeper than the uh uh uh part that Seulgi sings. I still can't believe people say it is not Wendy singing that part. Wendy is a very versatile singer who can switch up her tone and utilize her range very well! She slayed the hell out of the adlibs on this song and the rest of the song as well! I love how Seulgi's vibrato is more pronounced when she gets tired! She sounds so good! I also love how Joy sings on this song! Yeri and Irene also slay the backing vocals and the rapping. All of Red Velvet are vocal line! Best vocal group of the 3rd generation with Mamamoo!

I totally agree!! I’m yeri biased but I’m still surprised by how much “reveluvs” bash Wendy for being a talented queen! Even when seulgi is first in line distributions they always attack Wendy for “stealing lines” It gets on my nerves because I want all of them to have more lines instead of less lines 😅

@@taylormidnights3133 Yeri isbad! Love her so much! I'm always surprised by the disrespect Wendy gets from her own fandom at times! It is quite jarring, tbh! She is so damn talented! I agree about them all getting more lines! I have suggested making the songs longer to give them all more lines and/or maybe use the members on the chorus individually more and use their harmonies on other parts of the song instead of them all singing the chorus together like on most of their songs. They are a 5 member group and the line distribution could be better.

Wendy had lots of high notes in this song, they were probably referring to the last one at the end with the run, cause she really did make it look easy, she did it like she was breathing

@@ya_done because Irene said she could only reach the note in the recording studio by bending all the way down, also during the performances you can't see her mouth moving for all the time the scream happens, except like the last one which is just her mouthing it. So it's quite obvious they're just the backtrack, especially since it's done like 3 times in the song yet every single one sounds the exact same in every single performance...

The only complaint I have is the camera zoomed in on the bridge as Joy is singing and didn't show WenSeul on their knees tutting! I love that part so much! Honestly, the camera was on Joy, so not really a complaint 🤣🤣🤣 Tje good thing about Red Velvet is they all slay, so you're getting a piece of heaven no matter who the camera is focused on 🤣🤣🤣
