The person who bought that piece of land is very trusting . I wouldn’t buy land in The Gambia without me being there up front and center

I bought mine in 2020 without seeing it but I had a awesome attorney who protected my interest. I went to Gambia in June 2023 and saw my land, now that I have an awesome manager for building I'm planning to start my fence after the rainy season then the construction of either an apartment or a 2 bedroom house because this land is for a small farm. But I will be purchasing land at the river front for my living use this year.

I see a lot of Mankanas trees on that property . That ‘s gonna take a lot of work to get rid of them the root in particular.

@@billionsteps220 based on what was told to me by a reputable contractor in The Gambia, when you are buying land and those pesky little trees are there you either run or negotiate, negotiate the price of the land because it will be costly to remove them. Also the roots of those pesky trees will destroy the foundation of your house.

They can be easily remove during raining season because the soil is already moist, and he right if you have great location those trees are least to worry about

It's not easy to buy land. In the country. Even me in the Gambia right now. Am afraid to recommend any real estate agent. My advice to you is never to buy land from online sellers. If you want proper information: IG @iambilliontv

Before you buy land in Africa get an attorney. I have an awesome attorney who will make sure ALL transactions are legal and binding according to Gambia's laws.
