Hi Pierre, the Poly 40 will be a bigger speakerphone, but it will be very similar to the Sync 20. We haven't yet tested the 40! Stay tuned.

How’s the mic quality over zoom and teams call on the poly sync 20+? Is the sound clear and crisp over the other side?

@@jeffreyteen2763 From our opinion, yes the quality is clear and night and day better then using a cell phone or desk phone speakerphone for example.

That's a tough one. We will have to test both to fully answer your question. The Poly Sync 60 is the bigger of the two, but the Jabra Speak 710 is an amazing speakerphone setup.

It works just like it would as a UC version. Works great on any platform like Zoom, Google Meet, etc if you download Plantronics Hub you can even adjust other software to be your main software so you can press answer and end with all supported software.

With a budget of $200, which is the best Speakerphone with a direct USB-A connection with a use case of low background noise, no echo, duplex audio? I need it for a work from home setup, single user (I don't need omni directional speakers, I just need to be heard clearly) with no fan/ac background noise.

I currently use the bose 700 nc. But I am looking at poly sync as a speakerphone, for now. But my concern is that the volume might be low considering the background noise I have near my home office. I was exploring emeet luna and Harman kardon esquire mini 2 as other value options.

I can speak to Plantronics UC dongle being fully compatible with Webex, Slack, and Zoom as it have used it personally. My Plantronics 8200 headphones can control webex, and Zoom in app mute but will not disconnect from the call without clicking the disconnect button with your mouse, making the answer/hangup buttons useless in those apps .

You might want to try downloading the Jabra Direct App. Within it, you can adjust sidetone to fine tune how you hear yourself when talking. Otherwise, if you are referring to the sound quality of your voice, there's nothing that can be done about that except to find a different model, or brand.
