Headstart: Senator Antonio Trillanes urges Senator Imee Marcos to conduct an inquiry into the alleged gentleman's agreement between former president Rodrigo Duterte and China over the West Philippine Sea. Trillanes also says he is ready to shed light about the backchannel talks in 2012 to clear his name after being accused of giving up the country's rights on Scarborough Shoal in those talks.
