A couple of things. I have alpha gal. It’s not only hives and anaphylactic shock that are symptoms of alpha gal. I don’t get hives. I have it through my gastrointestinal track. I have massive diarrhea and stomach cramps from it. Secondly it’s not just red meat. It’s all animals with hooves. The only meat I can eat is poultry and fish. And also some people that have alpha gal can eat dairy and some can’t. I can’t eat dairy.

I have alpha-gal along with long covid. I go into anaphylaxis, my throat closes off. I'll have BP of 80/70, heart rate of 132 and suffocating. Certainly no way to live or die.

Wild to me how something like this happens. We really need to try and move away from large concentrations of single species food animals. Nature clearly isn’t into it.
