This recipe serves 3 hungry people 😁. Resep Nasi Goreng ini untuk 3 orang.
Prep ⏰: 15 minutes | Cooking ⏰: 20 minutes
Ingredients / Bahan-bahan:
- 4 Medium Shallots / Bawang Merah - add more if you like
- 3 Cloves Garlic / Bawang Putih - add more if you like
- 1 Big Red Chili / Cabe Merah - add more if you like
- 4 Small Red/Green Chillies / Cabe Rawit - add more if you like
- 1 Pack of Bok-choy
- 5 Pcs Baby Corn / Jagung Manis
- 1 Cup Beans Sprouts / Tauge
- 1/2 pack of Tempe
- 1/2 pack of Tofu
- 1 cm Shrimp Paste / Terasi - you can get from your local Asian Shop
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce / Kecap Asin (more or less according to your liking)
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce / Kecap Manis (more or less according to your liking)
- 2 Cups of Cooked Rice / Nasi (for 3 portions)
Note:
- We suggest to cook the rice 1 day before and put in the fridge
- For this recipe we use Long-grain Brown Rice
- Ratio: 2 cups of rice : 2 cups of water - we don’t recommend Basmati rice (but it's up to you)
