I'm in the market for a non-toxic electric roaster for canning season. Any recommendations? I feel like most have aluminum tray inserts.

I haven't looked into this one! Great question! If ever I'm in a pinch and I can't find a component like a tray that's stainless steel I do one of two things: (1) look for a stainless steel tray that is the same size that I could swap it out with, or (2) use unbleached, natural parchment paper as a buffer between food and the original tray. I hope that helps!
