Microplastics aren’t just in the ocean. This toxin has also been found in multiple places inside our body. And we know that this means we’re coming in contact with microplastics throughout our day and our body is having a really hard time detoxing this toxin.

great video! thanks for all this information…i feel like its almost impossible to avoid buying meat in plastics. Also if I am buying meat in bulk it comes in plastic. all dairy comes in plastic…its nearly impossible to avoid. plus storing things in the freezer…what are the options for that? usually its plastic

There definitely is plastic everywhere. Sometimes we can't always control it with food, unfortunately. Sometimes I transfer food to a glass container or silicone bag, but not always (depending on time and what's available in my kitchen). I figure I'll just do the best with what's available -- and I won't worry or stress about what's not in my control completely. 🧡
